Home Access Center
Problem: I use AOL, Earthlink or Hotmail and never received my conformation email.
Answer: It seems that AOL and Earthlink are blocking a lot of email from conroeisd.net, we recommend that you use
an alternative email address such as http://www.gmail.com or http://mail.yahoo.com Time
Warner (Road Runner) was replaced by Comcast and email addresses have not been converted. Use one of the free
email accounts above to register.
Some common problems reported are spam, bulk and junk mail filters have been marking email from conroe isd and
deleting it. conroeisd.net must be on your whitelist (or non-spam list) or you will not receive your login information.
Problem: I received the conformation email but I cannot click on the link.
Answer: Your email provider is blocking the email as spam. You can click to “View as HTML” or “Display
Contents.” After doing so you will be able to click the link to complete your registration.
Problem: After clicking “I Agree that I am the Legal Parent/Guardian of this student” I get an error stating vb.script<
cannot…..
Answer: Safari and Opera web browsers are not support when you initially sign up. You must use Internet Explorer
or FireFox. After completing registration you can use Safari or Opera to log into Home Access Center.
Problem: I’m having problems with Home Access Center pages and access.
Answer: The fist thing you should do is to use a different computer. Please note that Conroe ISD Technology
Department can not help you diagnose problems on your personal computer.
Problem: Forgot Password?
Answer: Go to https://hac.conroisd.net and click on the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instruction.
Problem: I was told that if I had multiple students within the district I can signup using one login id and it does not
work.
Answer: The Technology Department is diligently working to resolve this issue but we need your help. As an
example: When you sign up for student 1, use userid amber1, student 2 amber2, student 3 amber3 etc. Please ensure
you use the same email address when requesting access to your student. This will help us identify accounts that
need to be combined into a single login. We may have to contact you to verify additional information prior to the
merge.
System messages are displayed on the main Home Access Center page. Please ensure you read them before logging in.
